RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
· RETURNS ELIGIBILITY: You can return most items but must be unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
· TIMEFRAME:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after the return is processed.
· HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Contact our customer service at contact@shopfiufiu.com to request a return/exchange authorization.
- Clearly state your order number, item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.
· RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
· REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
· EXCEPTIONS:
- Bodies are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance Items are not refundable neither, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
· DEFECTIVE, FLAWED OR DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.

· If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you with in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We can also help you exchange your gift.
· OTHER TERM: We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
